Webmaster junior level, Search engine specialist.
Most of my clients have website, I get a lot of work updating existing website's, rarely do I find work designing new website's The average client is unhappy with there current webmaster, needs changes made, or needs Search Engine traffic. I do these real well.



ELECTRONIC DATA SYSTEMS, EDS

Feb 2001 to Dec 2001

 - Tucson, AZ.

Call Center project webmaster.
EDS Call center Webmaster, supporting the Bellsouth Internet Services project. Intranet I created / maintained replicated actual screenshots of various Operating systems, Browser's, E-mail clients, and TCP-IP procedure. The Call center agents could walk thru the Intranet just as if they had the above OS's / clients / etc, on their computer's. So if a customer called in for connection problems with his/her Macintosh version 8.6, with Netscape ver. 4.07 browser, the Intranet had all the screen shots needed to deal with the call. Likewise, if a customer called in with Windows 98 and had Internet Explorer ver. 4.01, the Intranet had the screenshots to help resolve the customer's problem. Intranet was also used by the Training team for bi-weekly new hires. All told, the Intranet cut costs dramatically, reducing or eliminated paper work, faxing, copying, and other on-going processing costs. Went from a huge costly new employee booklet, to virtually no paperwork as a result of the 
Intranet. Intranet also kept agents up to date on company policy, and latest technical changes and information to deal with support calls.

Providing telephone tech support for Bellsouth.net Internet Project dial-up customers. Promoted to Webmaster for internal Intranet. Website used by tech support agents for support info for the BellSouth Project inbound calls.

CYBER-SERVICES

Oct 97 to Mar 2000

 - Self Employment, Prescott, AZ.  

In home Computer Repair, Computer Tutoring business:
Major daily duties were typical of that industry; parts replacement, Windows diagnosis, and various A+ type tasks, including general software problems and software tutoring, repair and upgrades, Internet account setup. Major tutoring customers were Seniors, major topics tutored were the all things Internet, Quicken, Word, Publisher, and "how to" sessions.

Web Design business:
.I also ran a web design business during this time, creating and maintaining 13 small business website's. Skills utilized: html, Javascript, graphics optimization, page optimization, meta tags specialization, CSS implementation. Software used: Vermeer FrontPage, FrontPage 97-98, Macromedia Backstage, NoteTab, Paintshop Pro, IranFanView (for graphics), BK ReplaceEm for mass text replacement, Top Style Pro for Css, Xenu for link checking.

Tech support, In-home Internet setup. In-home install/setup tech of Northlink's Internet services. Also did phone tech support.

This was a small ($450,000) start-up seeking to create, market, and sell a metaphysical game board to the retail metaphysical bookstore market +9000 metaphysical book-stores in this country) The product still sells today, and the website still brings in business.
